The Gold Rush Palladium is a barrier-free facility. Accessible seating is available for physically challenged patrons in the general sections. Patrons should specify their need for accessible seating at the time they purchase tickets and should order early for best availability. Restrooms and other amenities have been designed to accommodate special needs as well.

14. What if I need help at the show?
For the convenience of our patrons, security staff personnel are located throughout the facility. If you need first aid, trained medical professionals are on duty at all Gold Rush Palladium events. If medical help is needed, ask any security staff member for assistance.

Smoking is permitted in all areas of the outdoor Palladium, but please be considerate to other patrons.

16. How can I get a backstage pass?
Backstage passes are only available through an artist's manager. If they are available, they are generally offered to local radio stations or artist fan clubs. Since they are not available for sale, a fan's best hope is to keep the radio tuned to their favorite stations for contests.
